1) School Leaving Certificate (or any other proof for date of birth) 2) Caste Certificate (if applicable) 3) Degree Certificates, Mark-sheets & Attempt Certificate of MBBS, PG, Ph.D. degrees (as applicable). 4) Registration Certificates for MBBS and PG degree (as applicable). 5) Copy of experience certificates of all teaching appointments before joining present post 6) Research Publication(s), if any. 7) Certified copy of appointment order of the present Institute 8) Joining report at the present institute. 9) Present pay scale and payslip of the last salary drawn 10)NOC from the present employer for appearing in the above-said interview 11)Relieving order from the previous institution/posting. 12)Photo ID proof (Govt. Authority issued): Passport/PAN Card/Voter ID/Aadhar Card 13)Proof of change in name/Proof of change in marital status at the time of interview. 14)In case if the applicant is appointed at SMIMER, he/she should invariably produce the relieving order/letter from the present employer
