The number of vacancies to be filled through
the examination is expected to be approximately 1056 which include 40 vacancies
reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disability Category, i.e. 06 Vacancies for
candidates of (a) blindness and low vision; 12 Vacancies for (b) deaf and hard
of hearing; 09 Vacancies for (c) locomotor disability including cerebral palsy,
leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims and muscular dystrophy; and 13
Vacancies for (e) multiple disabilities from amongst persons under clauses (a)
to (c) including deaf-blindness. The final number of vacancies may undergo
change after getting firm number of vacancies from Cadre Controlling
Authorities. Reservation will be made for candidates belonging to Scheduled
Castes. Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, the Economically Weaker
Sections and Persons with Benchmark Disability in respect of vacancies as may
be fixed by the Government.
Educational Qualification and other
details:
A candidate must hold a Graduate degree of
any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the central or State
Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of
Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the
University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification.

Age Limit:
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not
have attained the age of 32 years on the 1st of August, 2024 i.e., the
candidate must have been born not earlier than 2nd August, 1992 and not later
than 1st August, 2003.

Candidates (Except Female/SC/ST/Persons with Benchmark Disability
Candidates who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay fee of Rs.
100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) either by remitting the money in any Branch of
State Bank of India by cash or by using Net Banking facility of any bank or by
using Visa/Master/RuPay/Credit/Debit Card/UPI Payment.

Selection Process
The Civil Services Examination comprises two successive stages:
(i) Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination (Objective Type) for
the selection of candidates for Civil Services (Main) Examination; and
(ii) Civil Services (Main) Examination (Written and
Interview/Personality Test) for the selection of candidates for the various
Services and posts.
A. PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION:
The Examination shall
comprise of two compulsory Papers of 200 marks each.
Note: (i) Both the question papers will be of the objective type
(multiple choice questions) and each will be of two hours duration.
(ii) The General Studies
Paper-II of the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination will be a qualifying
paper with minimum qualifying marks fixed at 33%.
(iii) The question papers will be set both in Hindi and English.
(iv) Details of the syllabi are indicated in Part A of Section
III.

Mains Exam Pattern
The time duration of each paper is 3 hours. The question papers
will be subjective (Essay Type). For Language I The candidates may choose one

The online application form contains two stages viz. Part I and Part
II and Candidates are required to complete both.

Part I – Register using a valid and active Email ID for

Part II – Log in using the resister number and password then fill
out the online application.

Candidates should upload the required documents in the prescribed
format.
