Educational Qualification and other details: 

Trainee (Library) 2

Should possess a first-class Masters Degree in Library and Information Science from a recognized University.

Good Communication Skills in English, Basic working knowledge of IT and IT-related applications used in libraries, KOHA will be an added advantage.

Selection of the candidates will be done through a written test and interview. The written test will be in English.

Age: The maximum age limit is 26 years.

Stipend: A monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000/- shall be offered to the selected candidate.

Incubation Manager

• Bachelor’s /master’s degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, management, social science, rural development or a related field. • Proven experience in project management, business incubation, or entrepreneurship support. • Knowledge of startup ecosystems, business models, and incubation best practices. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate entrepreneurs. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail. • Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation techniques for measuring project impact. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for supporting startups and driving innovation.

Age: The candidate should preferably be under 35 years of age.

Remuneration: The remuneration will be in the range of Rs. 55,000/- to 80,000/- per month, commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and fit with the position.

Consultant - Marketing & Communication (Admissions)

• MBA /PGDBM /PGDM with specialization in Marketing

• PG Diploma in Advertising and PR or

• PG Diploma in Digital Media or

• Post-Graduation in Mass Communication

Age: Not more than 35 years.

Remuneration: The consultancy fees will be Rs. 50,000/- per month.

Minimum of Master’s degree in Remote Sensing and GIS • Should have conducted similar work earlier.

Remuneration: The consultant will be paid Rs. 150,000/- on completion of the task

Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)

The applicant should be a Postgraduate, preferably with a degree or diploma in Management. An additional qualification in law is desirable.

Age: The applicant's age should preferably be between 45 and 48 years.

Remuneration: The selected candidate will be appointed on a consolidated monthly salary on CTC mode. Salary will not be a constraint for the deserving candidate and will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, experience and competencies.

- Master’s degree, in Business management/material management/supply chain management with in-depth knowledge of procurement principles and best practices.

- Minimum five years of relevant work experience in the relevant field. - Proficient computer skills and data analysis including cost analysis

- Proficient in oral and written English communication. Proficiency in conversational Hindi and Gujarati will be an added advantage

Age: The candidate’s age should preferably be in the age group of 30 to 35 years.

Remuneration: The consolidated remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, experience and fit with the position, and it will include all the monthly emoluments and Institutional benefits as per the rules and regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) from a recognized institution. - Valid Nursing License from the Gujarat Nursing Council.

 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
