BOB Recruitment 2024: The Bank of Baroda (BOB)
is looking for interested and well-motivated candidates for the post of Business
Correspondent (BC) Supervisor at Indore Region in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
There are 07 vacancies available for the
above-mentioned position. The official notification of BOB Recruitment 2024
indicates that the Bank of Baroda is looking for retired bank employees and young
candidates as well. The upper age limit for continuation
will be 65 years and the age group for young
candidates is between 21 to 45 years. The young candidates must
have a Graduate Degree with excellent computer knowledge (see
below for details). The retired bank employees should be retired
clerks and the equivalent of the Bank of Baroda having passed
JAIIB with a good track record.

appointment will be executed on a contractual basis. The term
of appointment will remain valid for an appropriate period
of 36

component and a variable component as the monthly

Age Limit for BOB Recruitment 2024:
The age

of BOB Recruitment 2024:
For Retired Bank Employees:
- The maximum age for
continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years.
For Young Candidates:
- The candidates should be
between 21 to 45 years of age.

For Young Candidates:
- The candidates should be

Eligibility Criteria for BOB Recruitment 2024:
The eligibility
criteria for young candidates and retired bank employees are listed
below as per the official notification of BOB Recruitment 2024:
For Young Candidates:
- The minimum qualification
should be a graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet
etc.), however qualifications like M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/ MBA will be
given preference.
For Retired Bank Employees:
- Retired officers (including
voluntarily retired) of any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager.
- Retired clerks and the
equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record.
- All retired bank employee
applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 3 years.
Salary for BOB Recruitment 2024:
The
candidates selected for BOB Recruitment 2024 will be provided with a Fixed
Component and Variable Component per month as monthly
compensation.
- Fixed Component of Rs.15000
- Variable Component of Rs.10000
The
variable components will be ascertained based on the score secured by each BC
agent on various parameters.
Tenure for BOB Recruitment 2024:
The
tenure for BOB Recruitment 2024 will be carried out on a contractual
basis. The selected candidates will be appointed for an initial period
of 36 months subject to a review after every 12 months.

The
candidates selected for BOB Recruitment 2024 will be posted at Indore
Region in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
Selection Procedure for BOB Recruitment 2024:
According
