Educational Qualification and other details: 

Professor, Immuno Haematology and Blood Transfusion (I.H.B.T), General State Service, Class-1

A. academic qualifications as specified in the Annexures (below) against each subject obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Medical Council of India; and

B. (i) have at least three years teaching experience as Associate Professor, Class-I in the concerned subject as specified in Annexure-I(below) in a permitted/approved/recognised medical college/institutions with four research publications in Indexed Journal on cumulative basis with minimum of two research publications during the tenure of Associate Professor, Class-I as first author or as corresponding author along with eight years of experience after Post Graduation;

D.M.(Immunology)/ M.D.(lmmuno-Haematology & Blood Transfusion/ M.D.(Pathology or Bacteriology or Haematology) with two years teaching experience or special training in the department of Immuno-Haematology & Blood Transfusion/ DNB (Immuno-Haematology & Blood Transfusion)/ DNB (Pathology or Bacteriology or Haematology) with two years teaching experience or special training in the department of Immuno-Haematology & Blood Transfusion

Pay Scale   Pay Scale: level – 14 ; Entry pay- Rs. 1,44,200 /-

Legal Superintendent

 

(b) possess a bachelor's degree in law (Special) or LL.B. (three years) or Degree in Law (Integrated) of five years course obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act. 1956: and (i) have about three years of active and continuous experience as an advocate and such experience certificate shall be certified in case of an advocate practicing in the High Court, by the Registrar General of the High Court and in other case by the Presiding Officer of the concerned Court or the Tribunal where he practices as an advocate, or (ii) have about three years experience of legal matters in the Government / Local Bodies / Government undertaking / Board /Corporation / Limited Companies established under the Companies Act, 2013 or a University.

(C) Possesses the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967

Pay Scale: Pay Matrics Rs.44,900-1,42,400 (Level-8)

Town Planner, Class-1

(B) possess - (1) a Bachelor's degree of Architecture or Civil Engineering/Technology or Planning conferred by any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or any other equivalent qualification recognised as such under the provisions of the Architects Act, 1972;

and (ii) a post-graduate degree or post-graduate diploma in City Planning or Town Planning or Regional Planning or Traffic and Transportation Planning or Urban Design or Urban Planning or Infrastructure Planning or Industrial Planning or Environmental Planning obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or Institution approved by All India Council For Technical Education; and (C) have about five years' separate or combined experience after obtaining the requisite educational qualification specified in clause (b) in the field of City Planning or Town Planning or Regional Planning or Traffic and Transportation Planning or Urban Design or Urban Planning or Infrastructure Planning or Industrial Planning or Environmental Planning in Government / Local Bodies / Government Undertaking Board / Corporation / Limited Company established under the Companies Act, 2013;

Pay Scale: Rs. 67,700/- Rs. 2,08,700/- (Pay Matrix Level-11)

Junior Town Planner

(B) possess - (i) a Bachelor’s degree of Architecture or Civil Engineering / Technology or Planning obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or any other equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Architects Act, 1972; And (ii) A post-graduate degree or post-graduate diploma in City Planning / Town Planning / Regional Planning / Traffic and Transportation Planning / Urban Design / Urban Planning / Infrastructure Planning / Industrial Planning or Environmental Planning obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or institution aporoved by All India Council for Technical Education;

(C) Possesses the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967 (D) Possesses adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or Both

Pay Scale   Pay Scale: Rs. 53,100/- Rs. 1, 67, 800/- (Pay Matrix Level-09)
