Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Gandhinagar, has announced a Walk-in Interview for Research Associate, Research Assistant, and Field Investigator positions under the ICSSR-funded Major Project titled “Ensuring Availability: The Right to Insurance Services for Persons with Disabilities in the State of Gujarat

These roles are offered purely on a contractual basis for six (06) months and are an excellent opportunity for qualified individuals in social sciences to engage in interdisciplinary research related to law, insurance, and disability studies.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria – GNLU Recruitment 2025

🧠 Research Associate – GNLU ICSSR Project

·         Postgraduate in Social Science with minimum 55% marks

·         Must have NET/M.Phil/Ph.D

·         Minimum two years research experience as a Research Assistant in any project

📘 Research Assistant – GNLU Recruitment

·         Postgraduate in Social Science with minimum 55%

·         NET/M.Phil/Ph.D required

📖 Field Investigator – GNLU Vacancy 2025

·         Postgraduate in Social Science with minimum 55%

⭐ Preferred Expertise – GNLU Research Roles 2025

✔️ Candidates with knowledge in Insurance Services, Law, Economics, Management, or disciplines related to Disability Studies will be preferred.

🧩 Desired Skills – GNLU Walk-in 2025

·         Familiarity with national/international trends in law and research

·         MS Office and IT proficiency

·         Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills in English

·         Experience in empirical research

·         Published articles or research papers in reputed journals

·         Participation in State/National conferences

📌 Roles and Responsibilities – ICSSR Project @ GNLU

✔️ The selected candidates will work under the Principal Investigator/Co-Investigator and perform duties such as:

·         Conduct interdisciplinary research aligned with project objectives

·         Assist in developing qualitative and quantitative tools

·         Perform data collection, dataset compilation, interpretation, and report writing

·         Support project coordination and administrative tasks
