Requirements

At least 15 years’ experience as Assistant
Professor (Academic Level 11) or 8
years at Academic Level 12, including educational
administration experience.
·
OR comparable experience in research establishments or higher
education.
·
OR 15 years’ administrative experience,
out of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar or
equivalent.
·
Proficiency in handling computerized administration,
finance matters.

✅ Registrar
post is on Tenure Basis (3-5 years), either on Deputation or Fixed-Term
Contract.
✅ Assistant Registrar post is Regular, with a 2-year
probation period.
✅ No Objection Certificate (NOC) and Vigilance Clearance required for both.
✅ Submission of APARs/ACRs for past 5 years (from
2019-20) required at interview.
✅ Appointment subject to rules of IITRAM.
✅ No interim communication entertained.
✅ Canvassing will lead to disqualification.
