Gujarat.
Eligibility
Criteria for Bank of BarodaFinancial Literacy Counsellor 2025
Candidates
must ensure they meet all eligibility requirements as detailed in the official
guidelines.
1.
Educational Qualification
Candidates
must possess a Graduate degree from a recognized university. Preference is
given to those with a PG Degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology,
Psychology & social work. Applicants should be well-conversant with the
local language, possess sound computer knowledge, and have a flair for
teaching.
2. Age Limit
The
age limit for Bank of BarodaRecruitment 2025 is a maximum of 64 years as on
10.01.2026.
3. Experience
Candidates
shall be an ex-banker (Officer Cadre) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in
any nationalized/RRB/Pvt. Bank, OR have a minimum of 5 years experience in
banking/related fields (NBFCs/FIs), OR be a Business
Correspondent/BC-coordinator with minimum 5 years experience, OR be an Ex RSETI
Director (min 3 years exp) / Faculty (min 5 years exp).
4. Resident
Candidate
should be a resident of Gujarat state, with preference given to natives of
Kutch District.
Salary/
Stipend
The
consolidated remuneration will be Rs. 25,000/- per month. A maximum of Rs.
5,000/- towards conveyance expenses on a reimbursement basis is also available.
Selection
Process for Bank of BarodaFinancial Literacy Counsellor 2025
Candidates
will be selected based on an Interview. Mere submission of an application does
not guarantee a call for an interview. Selected candidates are required to
submit a medical fitness report before joining.
