📋 Eligibility Criteria (As on 31.07.2025)

Criteria	Requirement
Age Limit	Minimum 60 Years and Maximum 70 Years
Education	Essential: First Class Engineering Graduate OR MCA OR Diploma in Computer Science from a recognized university. Desirable: Post Graduate in IT/Computer related areas.
Experience	15 years in relevant areas (Banking-IT projects, Cyber Security, Payment Tech, etc.), out of which 5 years should be at Senior Management Level.

💰 Salary / Remuneration

The remuneration is a fixed lumpsum payment based on the rank of the retired official:

• Retired Chief Manager: Rs. 60,000/- per month
• Retired Assistant General Manager (AGM): Rs. 75,000/- per month

The selection will be based on:

1.   Screening: Shortlisting of candidates based on eligibility and experience.

2.   Personal Interview: Final selection will be based on performance in the interview conducted by the committee.
