Eligibility Criteria for MP Apex Bank Recruitment 2026

Essential Qualifications:

• For Computer Operator: Graduation from a government-recognized university with knowledge of Hindi and English typing + Mandatory one-year computer diploma from UGC recognized university, DOEACC diploma level, Modern Office Management Course from Government Polytechnic, or COPA certificate from Government ITI
• OR B.E. (CSE/IT), MCA, BCA, M.Sc. (IT/CS), B.Sc. (IT/CS), M.Tech., M.E.
• OR AICTE approved Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Applications/Information Technology
• OR B.Sc./B.Com./Degrees which include one subject of Computer
• For Computer Operator (Sambida): Same as Computer Operator
• For Society Manager: Same as Computer Operator
• All educational qualifications must be from University/Institution/Board recognized by Government of India and final result declared on or before 30.11.2025
• Candidates must possess knowledge of Hindi and English typing

Desirable:

• Computer knowledge and typing skills in Hindi and English

Experience:

• For Computer Operator (Sambida): Candidates who have previously worked or are currently working on contract in district banks with prior approval of Registrar and minimum 5 years of work experience in DCCBs (including periods in more than one district bank)

·         Financial Analyst (Senior Management Grade-2): First Class Graduation/Second Class Post Graduation/MBA/CA/ICWA from any recognized University 2 two years' experience in relevant work from an RBI licensed organization

·         Internal Auditor (Senior Management Grade-2): First Class Graduate/Second Class from any recognized university Post Graduate/MBA/CA/ICWA From an RBI licensed institution two years of relevant work experience

·         Branch Manager (Middle Management Grade-1): First Class Graduate/Second Class from any recognized university Post Graduate/MBA. From an RBI licensed institution one year of relevant work experience

·         Computer Programmer-2 (Middle Management Grade-2): BE/B.Tech. (Computer Science/IT)/ B.Sc. (with IT/CS as one of the subjects)/M.Sc. Salary/Stipend for MP Apex Bank Recruitment 2026

• Level-4 (7th Pay Scale): Rs. 19,500 - 62,000 per month (applicable for most DCCBs including Balaghat, Chhindwara, Jabalpur, Mandla, Narsinghpur, Seoni, Guna, Shivpuri, Morena, Dhar, Indore, Jhabua, Khandwa, Bhopal, Betul, Rajgarh, Vidisha, Hoshangabad, Sehore, Shahdol, Sagar, Damoh, Chhatarpur, Ujjain, Dewas, Ratlam, Mandsaur, Shajapur)
• Level-7 (7th Pay Scale): Rs. 28,700 - 91,300 per month (applicable for Khargone DCCB only)
• 6th Pay Scale: Rs. 5,200 - 20,200 + Grade Pay Rs. 1,900 per month (applicable for Bhind, Datia, Gwalior, Raisen, Rewa, Satna, Sidhi, Panna, Tikamgarh DCCBs)

Selection Process for MP Apex Bank Recruitment 2026

• Selection will be based on Online Examination conducted by IBPS Mumbai
• Online Examination will consist of 200 questions for 200 marks with 120 minutes duration
• Examination subjects include:
• Computer Knowledge: 40 questions (20 marks) - 20 minutes
• Reasoning: 40 questions (50 marks) - 25 minutes
• English Language: 40 questions (40 marks) - 25 minutes
• General Awareness: 40 questions (40 marks) - 20 minutes
• Quantitative Aptitude: 40 questions (50 marks) - 30 minutes
• Question paper will be objective type multiple choice with 5 alternatives in both English and Hindi (except English Language test)
• Negative marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer
• EWS candidates (MP domicile) will get 10% relaxation in cut-off marks
• Merit list will be prepared based on total marks obtained in online examination
• Waiting list will be prepared up to minimum 1 and maximum 50% of total vacant posts
• Validity of merit list: One year from date of result publication
