IPR Authorised Medical Officer –IPR Eligibility Criteria 2026

• MBBS from recognized University and valid registration with National Medical Commission (NMC) or Medical Council of India (MCI).
• Valid medical practice certificate.
• Minimum 02 years experience as Consultant doctor at recognised hospital/clinic.

• Maximum Age Limit: 55 years

IPR Authorised Medical Officer –IPR Salary 2026

AMO-IPR will be entitled to consultation charges as detailed below:

a) Consultation charge of Rs.180/- per patient is payable for first/fresh consultation.

b) No consultation charge shall be payable for re-consultation for the same ailment and the same patient within three days of the first/fresh consultation.

c) However, fresh consultation charge of Rs.180/- may be paid for different ailment within three days of the first/fresh consultation provided there is a clear mention of the diagnosis/treatment in the prescription/bill.

d) Consultation charges of Rs.120/- per patient is payable for every subsequent follow-up consultation (within 3 days) for the same ailment.

e) Whenever multiple referrals are issued for the same ailment, only one follow-up consultation charge i.e. Rs.120/- will be paid.

f) The other charges like dressing, suturing, injection etc., will be as per the rates prescribed in the CHSS Schedule of Rates (SoR).

Along with the mentioned consultation charges, AMO-IPR will also be entitled to get a lump sum amount of Rs. 10,000/- per month for checking and passing of all the bills as described in the job description.
