NCESS Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Hindi Translator: Master’s Degree in Hindi with a recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa, with two years of experience in translation and implementation of official language policy.

Project Associate II: CA/CMA (Inter) or M. Com or MBA (Finance) with 2 years experience in Finance & Accounts OR  Post Graduation in any discipline/MBA with 2 years experience in administrative work.

Project Associate I: Post-Graduation in Commerce with 1 year of experience in Finance & Accounts. OR Degree/Diploma/Certificate Course in Computer, Basic operational knowledge in Computer is desirable.

Technical Assistant: Post Graduation in any discipline with 1 year experience in administrative work, OR B.Sc from a recognized University/Institute, OR Graduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent, OR Three years Diploma in Computer Science.

Field Assistant (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 2 years of experience in Electrical-related works in any State Govt./ PSU/ Central Govt. institutions are desirable.

Scientific Administrative Assistant: Graduate degree in any discipline with 2 years of experience. OR  Degree/Diploma/Certificate Course in Computer, Basic operational knowledge in Computer is desirable.

Plumber: ITI in Plumbing with 2 years of experience in Plumbing works is desirable.

Multi-Tasking Staff on contract: Matriculation or equivalent pass.

 

Age Limit

Hindi Translator: Maximum age 35 years.

Project Associate II: Maximum age 35 years.

Project Associate I: Maximum age 35 years.

Technical Assistant: Maximum age 50 years.

Field Assistant (Electrical): Maximum age 50 years.

Scientific Administrative Assistant: Maximum age 50 years.

Plumber: Maximum age 50 years.

Multi-Tasking Staff on contract: Maximum age 25 years.
