The total CTC at the time of joining is Rs. 7.85 lakhs per annum, structured as follows:

Other Benefits and General Terms of Employment

• Official Duty allowance: Lodging allowance, halting allowance and travelling expense for official travel, as per Bank norms.
• Insurance coverage: Group Medical Insurance and Group Accident Insurance provided at the Bank's cost; Group Life Insurance is arranged with the premium borne by the employee.
• Other allowances, staff loans, perquisites, benefits and facilities applicable to the Bank's regular employees are not applicable to this contractual role.
• Increment: Annual increment during the contract period is released based on performance evaluation or other parameters decided by the Bank from time to time.

Selection for the SIB Business Promotion Officer post involves the following stages:
