Walk Interview will be held on 12/08/2022 Friday for the post of Senior and Junior Residents in various Clinical Subjects. Duty filled in application form is to be submitted along with necessary documents in two copies on the day of walk in Interview.

Total Documents Needed:

1. ID proof issued by Govt Authorities/Passport copy/PAN Card/Voter ID/Recent Passport size Photo of the employee.

2. Photo Aadhar Card.

3. Copies of Final MBBS Mark Sheet & Final MBBS Attempt Certificate.

4. Copies of PG. Mark Sheet & P.G. Attempt Certificate.

5. Copies of Birth Date Certificate School Leaving.

6. Copies of Internship Completion Certificate.

7. Copies of Passport/Voter Card/Electricity Bill/Telephone Bill/Aadhar Card Attached as proof of Permanent residence address.

8. Copies of Degree Certificates of MBBS and PG degree.

 9. Copies of Registration of MBBS and PG degree.

10. Copy of experience Certificate for all appointments held before joining Present Institute.

11. Relieving order from the previous institution.

12. Copy of Aadhar Card.

Note : (1) waiting list will be executed for 3 month (2) All Original document to be brought for verification during interview.
