CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER (CCO)

Qualification

: Bankers with CAIIB Qualification

Work Experience: Candidates with relevant Experience of at least 20 to 25

Years in Banking and minimum 7 to 10 Years of experience in specified domain with through knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Age

: Preferably below 63 Years as on 31.12.2022

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (ADVANCES)

Qualification : CA/CAIIB/MBA-Finance

Work Experience: Candidates with relevant Experience of at least 15 to 20

Years in Banking and minimum 7 to 10 Years of experience in specified domain with through knowledge of Credit Appraisal, Balance Sheet analysis and Assessing Credit Risk in advances proposal.

Age

: Preferably below 50 Years as on 31.12.2022

HR HEAD

Qualification : MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent course

Work Experience: At least 10 Years of work Experience in HR Department of

renowned organisations preferably worked in Banking Industry with having in- depth knowledge of Labour Laws, Recruitment, Policy making and implementing the same.

Age: Preferably below 63 Years as on 31.12.2022

 

LAW OFFICER

Qualification

: LLB/LLM

Work Experience: Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Legal Department

with experience to advise and supervise all legal functions of the bank which

includes but not limited to giving legal opinions, drafting of agreements /

Mortgage Deed / Notices, Filling of Suits / Appeals for Recovery of Dues,

Attending Legal Proceedings etc. Experience with Banking Industry would

be preferred.

Age

: Age not more than 40 years as on 31.12.2022

INTERNAL AUDITORS (ON CONTRACT BASIS)

Qualification : CA/Inter CA/ Retired Bankers

Work Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Internal Audit in

renowned Organisations. Experience with Banking Industry would be

preferred. Retired officers from bank in Grade III / IV can also apply.

Age

: Preferably below 63 Years as on 31.12.2022

IT OFFICER

Qualification : B.Tech/ BSc. IT/ BCA Graduate with Higher second

Class/post-graduate or equivalent from recognized University or diploma in

computer science or information technology. The work may involve working in

night shift also.

Work Experience: Fresher / Minimum 1 Year of Experience in IT field.

Candidate with IT+ Banking experience will be preferred more.

Age

: Maximum 30 Years as on 31.12.2022 May be relaxed in case of Banking Experience.

ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE (ON CONTRACT)

Qualification : Graduate with Higher Second Class/Post-Graduate or

equivalent from recognized University.

Work Experience: Fresher / Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Banking with

Co-op Bank / Commercial Bank would be preferred. Additional Qualification of

JAIIB/CAIIB/CA/CS etc. would be desirable.

Age

: Maximum 30 Years as on 31.12.2022 - May be relaxed in
