Excels (having knowledge of at least data analysis and preparation of charts/graphs), Power Point (having knowledge of at least preparation of presentation and making a show in logical manner as desired by the controlling officers) and Access (at least for database management).

Academic qualification:

Graduate Degree from recognized

University in Bachelor or Master in Social Work, Bachelor or Masters in Rural Management (BRM, MRM)

Experience of working monitoring in the field of

immunization/pulse polio.

Ability to plan and execute activities at Taluka and PHC level.

 

Must be willing to travel extensively in the taluka and district.

Each IFV shall have on transport facility, preferably a valid motorized two wheeler with valid documents and valid insurance.

Basic computer proficiency (with commonly used Windows,

 

MS Office and Internet will be an added qualification.

Good oral and written communication & presentation skill in

Gujarati/English/Hindi.

 

Should have good understanding of health care delivery of Taluka and PHC level.

Good track record of credibility
