Educational Qualification and other details: 

hief Risk Officer	·         Graduate degree with-(1) Professional certification in Financial Risk Manager from the Global Association of Risk Professionals. ·         Professional Risk Manager Certification from PRMIA Institute. ·         Two years experience as CRO in such regulated lender(s) in respect of which there is a regulatory requirement of appointing CRO with Board approval.
Chief Digital Officer	·         Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology. ·         B. Tech Degree from a top tiered Institution.
