 Educational Qualification and other details: 

Project Head (Sangam Project)

Master’s degree with at least second division in social sciences, management, agribusiness, developmental economics, rural development, and allied areas.

Age: The Applicants age should preferably be under 45 years of age.

Appointment: The position would be for one year and it may be extended based on performance.

Remuneration: The remuneration will be in the range of Rs. 16-20 lacs CTC annually as per candidate’s qualifications, experience, and his/her fit with the position.

Project Manager (Sangam Project)

Master’s degree with at least second division in social sciences, management, agribusiness, developmental economics, rural development, and allied areas

Age: The Applicants age should preferably be under 40 years of age. Nature of

Appointment: The position would be for one year and it may be extended based on performance.

Remuneration: The remuneration will be in the range of Rs. 7-8 lacs CTC annually as per candidate’s qualifications, experience, and his/her fit with the position.

Manager – Admin and Accounts (Sangam Project)

Master’s degree with at least second division in accounting, finance, management, human resources and allied areas. Preferably a CA (final)/ICWAI/CS with experience in academic institutions.

Age: The Applicants age should preferably be under 35 years of age.

 Nature of Appointment: The position would be for one year and it may be extended based on performance.

Remuneration: The remuneration will be in the range of Rs. 6-7 lacs CTC annually as per candidate’s qualifications, experience, and his/her fit with the position

Project Executive (Sangam Project)

Master’s degree with at least second division in social sciences, management, Agribusiness, developmental economics, rural development and allied areas

Age: The Applicants age should preferably be under 35 years of age.

Nature of Appointment: The position would be for one year and it may be extended based on performance.

Remuneration: The remuneration will be in the range of 3-5 lacs CTC annually as per candidate’s qualifications, experience, and his/her fit with the position.

Research Fellow (Sangam Project)

Master’s degree with at least second division in social sciences, management, Agribusiness, developmental economics, rural development and allied areas

Age: The Applicants age should preferably be under 35 years of age.

Nature of Appointment: The position would be for one year and it may be extended based on performance.

Remuneration: The remuneration will be in the range of Rs. 7-8 lacs CTC annually as per candidate’s qualifications, experience, and his/her fit with the position.

Research Associate (Sangam Project)

Master’s degree with at least second division in social sciences, management, Agribusiness, developmental economics, rural development and allied areas

Age: The Applicants age should preferably be under 35 years of age.

Nature of Appointment: The position would be for one year and it may be extended based on performance.

Remuneration: The remuneration will be in the range of Rs. 4-5 lacs CTC annually as per candidate’s qualifications, experience, and his/her fit with the position.

Project Manager/Research Associate

• Good command of oral and written English • Postgraduate/PhD with minimum 50% marks, preferably in Social Science, Agriculture or Management • Proficiency in handling MS Office • Experience in carrying out project-related work

Remuneration: The appointment will be made on a contractual basis with a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 35,000 – 40,000. Candidates with PhD qualifications shall be considered for a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 45,000 – 50,000 per month.
