(a) Eligibility Required: (Last

Candidate should have passed 10th standard (SSCE) from a Govt recognized board.
2)
Candidate should have knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi language.
(3)
The candidate should be knowledgeable in cooking such as –
(a)
The candidate should know how to use various cooking equipment like Chimney,
Induction, Oven, Microwave, Grills, Toasters, Fryers, Steamers, Kettles,
Food-Processors, Refrigerators etc.
(b)
The candidate should have knowledge of various types of spices and herbs used
in cooking and their proper use.
(c)
Should have knowledge of all types of cuisine (Multi cuisine) as well as
Gujarati, Punjabi, South Indian, Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian, Chinese,
Continental, Italian etc. and
Must
have knowledge of making all types of fast food.
(d)
In case of cooking for more persons, one should be able to cook food
proportionately (without spoiling) in such a way as to maintain the taste,
decorum and cleanliness of the food.
(f)
In addition to cooking, the candidate should have knowledge of plating and
presentation while serving.
