Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:

  • (૧)ડીગ્રી ઈન લો(સ્પેશ્યલ) અથવા એચ.એચ.સી પછી પાંચ વર્ષનો લો કોર્ષ માન્ય યુનિવર્સિટીમાંથી કરેલ હોવો જોઈએ.
    (૨) ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સેવા વર્ગીકરણ અને ભરતી સામાન્ય નિયમો-૧૯૬૭ માં જણાવ્યા મુજબ કોમ્પ્યુટર ઉપયોગનું પાયાનું જ્ઞાન ધરાવતા હોવા જોઈએ.
    (૩) ગુજરાતી, હિન્દી તથા અંગ્રેજી ભાષાનું પુરતુ જ્ઞાન ધરાવતા હોવા જોઈએ.
  • અનુભવ: નામ. હાઈકોર્ટની તાબા હેઠળની કોર્ટ, નામ. હાઈકોર્ટમાં એડવોકેટ અથવા એટર્ની અથવા સરકારી વકીલ તરીકેની કામગીરીનો પાંચ વર્ષનો અનુભવ અથવા સરકારી બોર્ડ અથવા નિગમ અથવા કાયદા ધ્વાસ સ્થાપિત લીમીટેડ કંપનીમાં કાયદાકીય બાબતોની કામગીરીનો પાંચ વર્ષનો અનુભવ ધરાવતા હોવા જોઈએ.
