૧. ઈન્ડીયન નર્સિંગ કાઉન્સિલ દ્વારા માન્ય કરેલ સંસ્થામાંથી
BSC (Nursing)
અથવા
ડિપ્લોમા ઈન જનરલ નર્સિંગ અને મિડવાઈફરી (GNM) પાસ થયેલ
હોવા જોઈએ.
૨. ગુજરાત નર્સિંગ કાઉન્સિલમાં રજીસ્ટ્રેશન હોવું જોઈએ.

૧. માન્ય યુનિવર્સિટીમાંથી કોમર્સ
સ્નાતક/અનુસ્નાતક

ડીગ્રી/ડિપ્લોમા/CCC સર્ટિફિકેટ કોર્ષ અથવા એકાઉન્ટીંગ સોફ્ટવેર TALLY નું સર્ટિફિકેટ
ઇમ્યુનાઇઝેશન ફિલ્ડ વોલન્ટીયર
૧. માન્ય યુનિવર્સિટીમાંથી માસ્ટર/
બેચલર ઇન સોશિયલ વર્કર (MSW/BSW)
અથવા
