Educational Qualification and other details: 

·         ૧. મેડીકલ ઓફીસર – (એન.સી.ડી.) (૨ જગ્યા) કુલ મળવાપાત્ર ભથ્થું રૂા. ૭૫,૦૦૦/– પ્રતિ માસ. લાયકાત : એમ.બી.બી.એસ અથવા સમકક્ષ ડીગ્રી (મેડીકલ કાઉન્સીલ ઓફ ઈન્ડીયા દ્વારા માન્યતા પ્રાપ્ત. ઇચ્છનીય ઃ હોસ્પીટલમાં કામ કરવાનો ૨ વર્ષનો અનુભવ.

·         ૨. સ્ટાફનર્સ / બ્રધર (એન.એચ.એમ.)(૩ જગ્યા) કુલ મળવાપાત્ર ભથ્થું રૂા.૨૦,૦૦૦/- પ્રતિ માસ. લાયકાત : સરકાર માન્ય સંસ્થા માંથી જી.એન.એમ./ બી.એસ.સી. નર્સીંગ/( Bachelor Degree In Nursing ), ગુજરાત નર્સિંગ કાઉન્સીલમાં રજીસ્ટ્રેશન હોવું ફરજીયાત છે.

·         ૩. ફાર્માસીસ્ટ ક્રમ ડેટા આસી. (કુલ જગ્યા ૧૨) કુલ મળવાપાત્ર ભથ્થું રૂા. ૧૬,૦૦૦/– પ્રતિ માસ. લાયકાત : સરકાર માન્ય યુનિવર્સીટી/સંસ્થા માંથી બેચલર/ડિપ્લોમા ઈન ફાર્માસી, ફાર્માસી કાઉન્સીલ ઓફ ગુજરાતમાં રજીસ્ટ્રેશન હોવું ફરજીયાત છે. કોમ્પ્યુટરનું જ્ઞાન હોવું જરૂરી છે.

·         ૪. પ્રા.આ.કે. એકાઉન્ટન્ટ કમ ડેટા એન્ટ્રી ઓપરેટર (૩ જગ્યા) કુલ મળવાપાત્ર ભથ્થું રૂા. ૨૦,૦૦૦/– પ્રતિ માસ. લાયકાત : વાણીજય (કોમર્સ) સ્નાતકની સાથે કોમ્પ્યુટર એપ્લીકેશન્સનનો ડિપ્લોમા/સર્ટીફીકેટ કોર્ષ(સરકાર માન્ય) કરેલ હોવો જોઈએ, અને w.s, office, એકાઉન્ટ સોફટવેર, GIS Software, હાર્ડવેરમાં પાયાનું કૌશલ્ય તેમજ ઓફિસ મેનેજમેન્ટ તથા ફાઈલીંગ સિસ્ટમમાં મુળભુત જ્ઞાન, ગુજરાતી તથા અંગ્રેજી બંનેમાં ટાઈપીંગની કુશળતા જરૂરી, વધારાની લાયકાત ધરાવનાર ઉમેદવારને પ્રાથમિકતા આપવામાં આવશે. અનુભવ : ઓછામાં ઓછો ૧ વર્ષ

·         ૫.ઈમ્યુનાઈઝેશન ફિલ્ડ વોલેન્ટીયર (૧–જગ્યા) BSW/MSW, BRM/MRM તેમજ રસીકરણને લગત ફિલ્ડ કામગીરીનો અનુભવ, તાલુકા, પ્રા. આ. કેન્દ્ર અને અર્બન હેલ્થ સેન્ટર ની કામગીરીનું પ્લાનીંગ અને અમલીકરણ કરવાની કુશળતા, પોતાનું ટુ વ્હીલર વાહન તમામ કાગળો સાથેનું હોવું જરૂરી છે. ગુજરાતી તેમજ અંગ્રેજી ભાષાના જાણકાર તથા કોમ્પ્યુટરનુ પાયાનું જ્ઞાન જરૂરી. મૌખીક અને લેખીત વ્યવહાર કરવાની કુશળતા, તાલુકા, પીએચસી અને યુએચસીની આરોગ્ય વિષયક કામગીરીના માળખાનું જ્ઞાન, સારી ચાલ ચલણગત ધરાવતા હોવા જોઈએ. મળવાપાત્ર ભથ્થું : પ્રતિ માસ વધુમાં વધુ કુલ ૨૦ દિવસના ૬૦૦/– લેખે તથા મુસાફરી ભથ્થા પેટે ૨૦ દિવસના પ્રતિ દિવસ રૂા. ૩૦૦/– મળવાપાત્ર છે.
