4.    Class 10th & 12th Marksheet and Certificate

5.    UG & PG Degree Certificates (All semesters)

6.    Ph.D. Certificate (if applicable)

7.    Experience Certificate (on letterhead, if any)

8.    Any other relevant qualifications, publications
