India Post Payments Bank Limited (IPPB), under the Department of Posts, Ministry of Communications, Government of India, has announced a high-level recruitment drive for COO, CCO, CFO & CHRO positions to strengthen its leadership team. IPPB operates with 100% Government ownership, a vast branch network, and aims to leverage over 1.55 lakh post offices with 3 lakh Postmen/GDS to deliver inclusive banking. 🎓 Educational Qualification: IPPB Leadership Posts

CFO (Scale VI & VII)

·         Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.

·         Preferred: CAIIB, MBA Finance, CFA.

·         Experience – Scale VI: Min. 15 years in financial operations, 10 years in banks/FIs, 5 years in senior management.

·         Experience – Scale VII: Min. 18 years (including 15 years in financial operations, 10 years in banks/FIs, 5 years in senior management).

CHRO

·         Graduate; preferred MBA in HR.

·         Min. 18 years in HR & Admin in PSBs/PSUs/FIs with at least 3 years heading HR or one level below.

CCO

·         Graduate in any discipline; preferred CA/CS/MBA Finance/Postgraduate.

·         Min. 18 years in banking/financial services including 5 years in audit/finance/compliance/legal/risk at senior level.

COO

·         Graduate in any discipline.

·         Min. 18 years in banks/FIs including 10 years handling operations & at least 2 years in a post not below 3 levels from MD & CEO in last 5 years.
