ગુજરાત ગૌણ સેવા પસંદગી મંડળ દ્વારા જાહેરાત ક્રમાંક : ૩૦૧/૨૦૨૫-૨૬ મહેસૂલ વિભાગ હસ્તકની "મહેસૂલ તલાટી વર્ગ-૩ ની તા.૧૪-૦૯-૨૦૨૫ના રોજ યોજાનાર પ્રથમ તબક્કાની પ્રાથમિક પરીક્ષા માટેના પ્રવેશપત્ર (કોલ લેટર) તેમજ ઉમેદવાર માટેની સૂચનાઓ તા.૦૪-૦૯-૨૦૨૫ના રોજ ૧૭-૦૦ કલાકે https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in વેબસાઇટ ઉપરથી ડાઉનલોડ કરી પ્રિન્ટ કાઢી શકાશે.
ઉક્ત પરીક્ષા માટેના પ્રવેશપત્ર (કોલ લેટર) પરીક્ષા શરૂ થવાની તારીખ એટલે કે તા. ૧૪-૦૯-૨૦૨૫ના ૧૩-૪૫-૦૦ કલાક સુધીમાં ડાઉનલોડ કરી લેવા સંબંધિત ઉમેદવારોને આથી જણાવવામાં આવે છે. પ્રવેશપત્ર (કોલલેટર) વિના ઉમેદવારને પરીક્ષામાં બેસવા દેવામાં આવશે નહીં. પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્રમાં પ્રવેશ માટે પ્રવેશપત્ર (કોલલેટર) અને ઉમેદવારનું અસલ ઓળખપત્ર (આધારકાર્ડ, પાનકાર્ડ, ડ્રાઇવીંગ લાયસન્સ, પાસપોર્ટ, ચૂંટણી ઓળખકાર્ડ પૈકી એક) સાથે રાખવું ફરજીયાત છે.
પ્રવેશપત્ર (કોલલેટર) Online ડાઉનલોડ કરવા માટે ઉમેદવારોએ પ્રથમ કોમ્પ્યુટરમાં (৭) https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in વેબસાઇટ પર જવુ. (२) Call letter/Preference/Select Job પર ક્લિક કરી Exam Call letter પર ક્લિક કરવાથી નવી Window ઓપન થશે (૩) જ્યાં આપ જે જાહેરાતનો કોલલેટર ડાઉનલોડ કરવા માંગતા હોય તે જાહેરાત Select કરીને નિયત બોક્ષમાં "Confirmation Number" તથા "Birth Date" (dd/mm/yyyy પ્રમાણે) ટાઈપ કરીને આપેલ Captcha ટાઈપ કરી Ok પર ક્લિક કરવું. (૪) Print Call Letter પર "Click" કરવાથી અલગ Window માં આપનો Call Letter (પ્રવેશપત્ર) સ્કીન પર દેખાશે. જે Call Letter તથા તે સાથેની સૂચનાઓની પ્રીન્ટ મેળવી લેવાની રહેશે. (કોલ લેટર નવી વિન્ડોમાં ખોલવા માટે Pop up Blocker Off કરવું જરૂરી છે).
