The
salary structure depends on the post applied for. Senior Group A positions
follow high-level pay scales (e.g., Level-12: Rs. 78,800 – 2,09,200). However,
for posts under Advt. No. RC/19/2025 to RC/44/2025, candidates are appointed on
a fixed monthly pay for the first five years.
- Fixed Pay (First
5 Years): Ranges
from Rs. 26,000/- to Rs. 49,600/- per month depending on the post level.
- Post-Fixed Pay: Candidates
will be placed in regular pay levels (Level-2 to Level-8) after successful
completion of the five-year period.
