as follows: -

Process
I. The selection will be done through Online Written Examination
and/or Screening and/or Group Discussion and/or Interview or any other
selection process as decided by the Bank.
II. The screening committee
constituted by the Bank will examine whether the candidates fulfil the required
eligibility criteria. Bank may decide the parameters to be adopted for
screening process. No representation or correspondence will be entertained by
the Bank in this regard.
III. Short-listing will be purely provisional without verification
of documents. Candidature will be subject to verification of details/ documents
as and when called by the Bank.
IV. Adequate candidates as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted
based on their eligibility, qualification, experience (if applicable). Only
most suitable candidates will be called for selection process. Therefore, mere
satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for
further selection process.
V. The qualifying marks in online written
examination/Interview/selection process will be decided by the Bank.
VI. Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order
on the basis of scores obtained in online written examination and/or Group
Discussion and/or Interview or interview only. In case more than one candidate
scores same marks as cut-off marks in the merit list (common marks at cut off
point) such candidate will be ranked in the merit list according to their age
in descending order, in the merit list.
