• Deputy Director (Cyber Security/Cyber Defence): PhD/Master's/BE/BTech in relevant fields + 7/10/12 years experience. Age: ≤50 years.
• Deputy Director (Forensic Psychology): PhD/Master's in Psychology/Criminology + 7/10 years experience. Age: ≤50 years.
• Assistant Director (NDPS): PhD/Master's in Forensic Science/Chemistry + 4/7 years experience. Age: ≤45 years.
• Senior Scientific Officer (Cyber Security/Cyber Defence): PhD/Master's/BE/BTech in relevant fields + 2/5/7 years experience. Age: ≤40 years.
• Senior Scientific Officer (NDPS): PhD/Master's in Forensic Science/Chemistry + 2/5 years experience. Age: ≤40 years.
• Junior Scientific Officer (Ballistics): Master's in Forensic Science/Physics + 3 years experience. Age: ≤35 years.
• Junior Scientific Officer (Forensic Accounting): Master's in Accounting/Finance or CA/ICWA + 3 years experience. Age: ≤35 years.
• Laboratory Assistant: Bachelor's in Forensic Science/Sciences. Age: 18-27 years.
• Section Officer/Deputy Section Officer: Bachelor's in any discipline with good academic record + knowledge of Hindi/English/Computers. Age: 21-40 years.

NFSU Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

• For Deputy/Assistant Director and Senior Scientific Officer (Sr. 1-5): Overall record and Interview.
• For Junior Scientific Officer and Laboratory Assistant (Sr. 6-8): Merit in Written Test and/or Skill Test.
• For all Non-Academic Posts: Merit in Written Test and/or Skill Test.
• Screening test may be conducted to shortlist candidates.
• Document verification required; no TA/DA for tests/interviews.

✅ Probation: 2 years for selected candidates.
