Candidates must fulfil the essential educational qualification and minimum work-experience as on 01.04.2026.

Junior Executive (Engineering)

• Essential Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering (3-year course) in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Civil / Chemical Engineering from a recognized University with minimum 55% aggregate (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Essential Work-Experience: Minimum 5 years of continuous post-qualification relevant work-experience (including minimum 1 year in managerial/supervisory role) in specified sectors (POL Terminal/Depot, LPG Bottling Plant, Pipeline, Refinery, Petrochemical, etc.).

Junior Executive (Accounts)

• Essential Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with minimum 55% + Inter CA / Inter CMA.
• Essential Work-Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience in finance function.

Junior Executive (Wayside Amenities)

• Essential Educational Qualification: B. Com / BBA / B.Sc / BMS / BHM with minimum 55% (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Essential Work-Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience (at least 3 years in Facility Management / QSR / Retail / Hospitality etc.).

Secretary BPCL

• Essential Educational Qualifications: Class X + Class XII + Bachelor's Degree (3-year course) with minimum 55% in each (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Essential Work-Experience: Minimum 5 years as Secretarial Assistant / Secretary or similar roles.

Associate Executive (Quality Assurance)

• Essential Educational Qualification: M. Sc (Chemistry) with specialization in specified branches with minimum 60% (relaxed to 55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Essential Work-Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification relevant work-experience in laboratory in Petroleum / Oil & Gas / Petro-Chemical / Chemical industry.

Associate Executive (Official Language Implementation)

• Essential Educational Qualification: Master's in Hindi (2-year course) with minimum 55% (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD) + English studied in Class XII / Graduation with minimum 55%.
• Essential Work-Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification work experience in translation (English ↔ Hindi).
