AAICLAS Security Screener Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must be a citizen of India. Candidates not willing to serve on All India Basis need not apply. Candidates who had been selected under previous AAICLAS advertisements in the last 3 years from the date of this advertisement and were terminated due to unsuccessful completion or failure in trainings/examinations need not apply. The eligibility criteria are as on 01-04-2026 (qualification) and 01-05-2026 (age).

While filling up the online form, candidates must enter the percentage of marks of Graduation in numeric form only (e.g. 60, 70, 80 etc.) and not in CGPA grade or any other format.

The selected candidates will carry out Screening of Cargo & In-line Hold Baggage by technical or other means, which includes identifying and/or carrying out other Security functions at Airport & Cargo Complexes.

Age limit is calculated as on 01-05-2026. The date of birth as recorded in the Matriculation/Secondary Examination certificates will only be accepted. No subsequent requests for change in date of birth will be entertained.

Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee online through net banking/credit cards/debit cards/UPI/Wallet etc. Bank charges/commission applicable for the selected mode of payment shall be borne by the candidate. Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

AAICLAS Security Screener Recruitment 2026 - Pay, Allowances & Training Details

All provisionally selected and joined candidates will initially be given a stipend of Rs. 15,000/- per month. After successful passing of all requisite training examinations (fee and TA/DA for 1st attempt paid by AAICLAS), the stipend will be converted to full monthly remuneration. The contract of three years shall start after passing of all certification examinations and not from the date of joining on stipend.

In case a candidate fails in the 1st attempt, the monthly stipend is reduced to Rs. 10,000/- per month and training costs for the 2nd attempt must be borne by the candidate. If the candidate fails in the 2nd attempt, the Fixed Term Contract shall be terminated without further notice.

AAICLAS Security Screener Recruitment 2026 - Selection Process

Candidates with higher percentage of marks at Graduation level will be called first for online interaction in a phased manner, subject to availability of vacancies at a particular station/location. Selection will be done according to the merit list prepared on the basis of marks secured in the interview. Merely appearing in the interview does not reserve any right for selection.

The date of interaction will be intimated to candidates on their registered email IDs and by uploading a circular on the AAICLAS website www.aaiclas.aero. No TA/DA or reimbursement shall be made by AAICLAS for the selection process. After selection, candidates must provide a surety bond of Rs. 1,50,000/- on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- (duly notarized) for non-completion of the 3-year engagement period.
