GUJARAT PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (GPSC) Recruitment 2026 Educational Qualification and other details: 

(Possess Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil) or Technology (Civil) obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institutions recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.

(1) Candidates shall be required to remain present at each stage of Recruitment process, otherwise his/her candidature shall be cancelled.

(2) Preliminary Exam Pattern: A Question paper of 100 marks (60 minutes) of General Studies (Part-1) and 200 marks (120 minutes) of Concerned Subject (Part-2). As per the Instruction/Provision of the Commission, the Candidates who secures less than 15% marks in Preliminary Test shall not be eligible for Interview.

(3) As per the Instruction/Provision of the commission, number of candidates of each category is being called for interview as per following norms:

(4) The candidates should produce formula / method of calculation of percentage where percentage of marks is not mentioned in the marksheets by the University.
