ઉમેદવારની ઉંમર 18 વર્ષથી 33 વર્ષની વચ્ચે હોવી જોઈએ
ઉમેદવારની ઉંમર જાહેરાતમાં દર્શાવેલ ઓનલાઇન અરજી સ્વીકારવાની
છેલ્લી તારીખના રોજ ગણવામાં આવશે. આ તારીખે ઉમેદવારની ઉંમર ૧૮ વર્ષથી ઓછી ના હોવી જોઇએ
અને (સરકારશ્રીના સામાન્ય વહૌવટ વિભાગના ઠરાવ ક્રમાંકઃસીઆરઆર/ ૧૧૮ ૨૦૨૧૮ ૪૫૦૯૦૦/ ગ.૫,
તા:૨૯/૦૯/ ૨૦૨૨ની જોગવાઇ અનુસાર સીધી ભરતી માટેની ઉપલી વયમર્યાદામાં એક વર્ષની છૂટછાટ

(૧) પોસ્ટ ઓફિસમાં:
સામાન્ય કેટેગરીના ઉમેદવારે ભરવાની થતી ફી સંદર્ભે
“Print Challan” ઉપર ક્લિક કરીને પ્રિન્ટેડ ચલણની નકલ કાઢવાની રહેશે. આ પ્રિન્ટેડ ચલણની
નકલ લઇને નજીકની કોમ્પ્યુટર સુવિધા ધરાવતી પોસ્ટ ઓફિસમાં જવાનું રહેશે. પોસ્ટ ઓફિસમાં
રૂ.૧૦૦/- ફી + પોસ્ટલ સર્વિસ ચાર્જ તાઃ ૧૮/૧૧/૨૦૨૨ (પોસ્ટ ઓફિસના કામકાજના સમય સુધી)
ભરવાની રહેશે અને ફી ભર્યા અંગેનું ચલણ મેળવવાનું રહેશે. આ ચલણ તથા Confirm થયેલ અરજીપત્રક
ઉમેદવારે પોતાની પાસે સાચવીને રાખવાના રહેશે અને જ્યારે ભરતી સમિતિ અથવા બોર્ડ દ્વારા
મંગાવવામાં આવે ત્યારે જ અરજીપત્રક બિડાણો સહિત તથા ફી ભરેલા ચલણની નકલ સાથે રજુ કરવાના
રહેશે.
(૨) ઓનલાઇન ફી:
ઓનલાઇન ફી જમા કરાવવા માટે “Print Challan” પર ક્લિક
કરવું અને વિગતો ભરવી અને ત્યાં “Onlne Payment of Fee” ઉપર ક્લિક કરવું. ત્યારબાદ
આપેલ વિકલ્પોમાં Net Banking, Card Payment અથવા Other Payment Mode ના વિકલ્પમાંથી
યોગ્ય વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરવો અને આગળની વિગતો ભરવી. ફી જમા થયા બાદ આપની ફી જમા થઇ ગયી છે
તેવું Screen પર લખાયેલ આવશે અને E-receipt મળશે, જેની Print કાઢી લેવી, જો પ્રક્રીયામાં
કોઇ ખામી હશે તો screen પર આપની ફી ભરાયેલ નથી તેમ જોવા મળશે. ઉપર જણાવેલ વિકલ્પ સિવાય
અન્ય કોઇ રીતે ફી સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહિં. ઉમેદવારે ફી ભર્યા બાદ
આ ફી નુ રીફંડ મળવાપાત્ર નથી. તેમજ આ ભરેલ ફી અન્ય કોઇ
પરીક્ષા માટે અનામત તરીકે રાખવામાં આવશે નહીં. પરીક્ષા ફી ભરવાપાત્ર ઉમેદવારોની ફી
ભર્યા વગરની અરજી માન્ય રહેશે નહિ. તથા ” General” કેટેગરી Select કરનાર ઉમેદવારો ફી
ભરવાની નિયત સમયમર્યાદામાં પરીક્ષા ફી નહીં ભરે તો તેવા ઉમેદવારોનું અરજી ફોર્મ કોઇપણ
જાતની જાણ કર્યા વગર ભરતી સમિતિ દ્વારા “રદ” ગણવામાં આવશે.
(૧) બિન અનામત વર્ગના ઉમેદવારોએ અરજી પરીક્ષા ફી પેટે
રૂ.૧૦૦/- + સર્વિસ ચાર્જીસ ભરવાના રહેશે.
(૨) અરજી ફોર્મમાં નીચે મુજબની કેટેગરી પસંદ કરનાર ઉમેદવારે
કોઇપણ પ્રકારની પરીક્ષા ફી ભરવાની રહેશે નહિ.

પસંદગી પ્રક્રિયા:
ઉમેદવાર ની પસંદગી લેખિત પરીક્ષા, શારીરિક કસોટી, ડોક્યુમેન્ટ
વેરિફિકેશન અને ફાઈનલ મેરીટ લિસ્ટના આધારે કરવામાં આવશે. લેખિત પરીક્ષામાં પાસ થયેલ
ઉમેદવારોને શારીરિક કસોટી માટે મેરીટ પ્રમાણે તબક્કાવાર બોલાવવામાં આવશે.
પગારધોરણ
પસંદગી પામેલ ઉમેદવારને પ્રથમ પાંચ વર્ષ માટે પ્રતિ માસ ફિક્સ
19,950 રૂપિયા ફિક્સ વેતન આપવામાં આવશે.

Exam Syllabus:
લેખિત પરીક્ષાના માપદંડ
(1) ભરતી
માટે લેખિત પરીક્ષા અનિવાર્ય છે. આ લેખિત પરીક્ષામાં MCQ (Multipule choice
Question) પ્રકારના ૧૦૦ પ્રશ્નો રહેશે અને સદરહુ લેખિત પરીક્ષા ઓપ્ટીકલ માર્ક રીડીંગ
(OMR) પધ્ધતિથી લેવામાં આવશે. લેખિત પરીક્ષામાં ૨ ગુણના ૧૦૦ પ્રશ્નો લેખે કુલ ૨૦૦
ગુણની રહેશે
અને પરીક્ષાનો સમય ૨ કલાક રહેશે. દરેક ખોટા જવાબ માટે મેળવેલ ગુણમાંથી ૦.૨૫ ગુણ (૦.૨૫
% નહિ પરંતુ ૦.૨૫ ગુણ) કમી કરવામાં આવશે. (નેગેટીવ માર્કીંગ લાગુ પડશે.) ૦.M.R. શીટમાં
સફેદ શાહી (white ink) નો ઉપયોગ કરી શકાશે નહિ. જો કોઇ ઉમેદવાર કોઇ પ્રશ્નના જવાબમાં
સફેદ શાહી (white ink) નો ઉપયોગ કરશે તો તે જવાબ ખોટો ગણી નેગેટીવ માર્કસ આપવામાં આવશે.
લેખિત પરીક્ષાનું
માધ્યમ ગુજરાતી રહેશે.
