MOIL
is seeking to engage Trainees for managerial and graduate-level roles across
multiple disciplines such as Mines, Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy,
Chemical, Geology and other fields. Selected candidates will get the
opportunity to work with Manganese Ore India Limited, a a Miniratna Category-I
CPSE and contribute to key mining and mineral development projects located in
Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh or at other project sites as per company

Trainee/Management Trainee 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates
belonging to UR, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), PwBD and EWS categories must have
secured a minimum of 60% marks in the required qualification to be eligible for
the post. For candidates belonging to SC and ST categories, a relaxation is
provided and they must have obtained at least 55% marks to be eligible for the
post.

MOIL
Recruitment 2026 applications are accepted online only through the official
website www.moil.nic.in from 30 December 2025 to 20 January 2026 for the posts
of Graduate Trainees, Management Trainees, and Manager (Survey). Applications
submitted through any other mode will not be accepted. For the convenience of

How
to Apply for MOIL Recruitment 2026?
Step 1: Online Registration
Visit www.moil.nic.in and go to Careers then click on Apply Online and
then New
Registration. Register using your name, contact details, and email
ID to receive your registration number and password via email/SMS.
Step 2: Prepare Documents
Keep scanned copies of your passport-size photograph, signature, left thumb
impression and handwritten declaration ready as per the prescribed size and
format before starting the application.
Step 3: Fill Application Form
Log in with your credentials, fill in the application form carefully, and use
the Save
and Next option to complete it in stages without losing data.
Step 4: Upload & Preview
Upload the required documents, preview the application thoroughly, and ensure
all details are correct before final submission.
Step 5: Pay Application Fee
Pay the application fee of ₹590 (if applicable) using Debit Card, Credit Card,
Net Banking or UPI.
Step 6: Final Submission
Submit the application and download the e-receipt and final application form
for future reference.

Selection Criteria 2026
Computer Based Test (CBT):
The first stage of the selection process is the CBT. The test is of 90 minutes
duration with a total of 85 marks. Segment-I covers General Knowledge,
Reasoning, and English for 30 marks, while Segment-II assesses Subject
Knowledge for 55 marks.
Personal Interview:
Candidates who clear the CBT are shortlisted for a personal interview. This
stage focuses on assessing communication skills, personality, and overall
suitability for the role. Shortlisting is done on a 1:6 ratio (category-wise)
based on CBT merit. The interview carries 15 marks.
Document Verification:
After the interview, candidates must undergo document verification. Here, all
original certificates and documents are checked to confirm eligibility and
authenticity. This step is mandatory for final selection.
Medical Examination:
The final stage is the medical examination, conducted by the Company Medical
Officer to ensure candidates are fit for the job. The outcome of the medical
examination is final and binding.
The
final overall merit is calculated by combining CBT marks (85) and Interview
marks (15) totalling 100 marks.
MOIL Salary
2026
The
selected candidates for MOIL Recruitment 2026 will be offered a competitive
salary in line with the company’s pay structure for Graduate Trainees,
Management Trainees, and Managerial posts. Candidates recruited as Graduate and
Management Trainees will start at E-1 and E-2 grades, which include basic pay
along with allowances as per company norms.

Exam Pattern 2026
The
first stage of the MOIL selection process 2026 is the Computer Based Test (CBT)
conducted online in bilingual format (Hindi/English). The test evaluates
candidates’ general aptitude as well as subject-specific knowledge.
- The duration of the CBT is 90 minutes,
