for both posts is assessed as on the cut-off date, 01.09.2026. Candidates must fulfil the
mandatory qualification, experience, and age criteria specified below for the
post they are applying for.

Preferred: 2-year full-time PG degree/diploma in Management or MBA

Note:
Post-qualification experience of less than six months in any organisation as on
01.09.2026 will not be considered for eligibility, except when it is part of
current employment. Experience in clerical cadre is not considered for
determining eligibility. Educational qualifications must be from a
college/institution/university recognised by the Government of India/Government
bodies/AICTE.

- Sections 1, 2 and 3 are qualifying in
nature; marks in these sections are not reckoned for the merit list.
- There is a penalty of 0.25 marks for
each wrong answer; no penalty for unattempted questions.
- The minimum qualifying marks/percentage
for Personal Interview (PI) is 60% for General & EWS
category and 55% for other Reserved categories;
the Bank reserves the right to change this at its discretion.
- Candidates not clearing the PI will not
be considered for final selection.
- A Psychometric Test and/or PI assesses
personality, communication, problem-solving, efficiency, and willingness
to work anywhere in the country.
- The Bank's shortlisting criteria are
internal and confidential and are not shared with candidates.
Probation
Period & Service Bond
- Selected candidates will be on probation
for a period of 12 months (1 year) of
active service from the date of joining.
- JMG/S-I
officers: must
serve a minimum of 3 years, or pay an amount equal to three months' gross
salary (not exceeding Rs. 2 lakh) if they leave before completing 3 years.
- MMG/S-II
officers: must
serve a minimum of 3 years, or pay an amount equal to three months' gross
salary (not exceeding Rs. 3 lakh) if they leave before completing 3 years.
