State Bank of India (SBI)
has invited online applications from eligible Indian citizens for the
engagement of Specialist Cadre Officers (SCO) on contract basis in its Wealth
Management vertical, under Advertisement No. CRPD/SCO/2026-27/23. The Bank has
notified 207 tentative vacancies across seven posts - Zonal Head (Retail),
Regional Head, Relationship Manager–Team Lead, Investment Specialist,
Investment Officer, VP Wealth, and AVP Wealth - spread across 17 Circles
nationwide. Eligible graduate candidates meeting the post-specific age and
experience criteria can apply online through https://sbi.bank.in/web/careers/current-openings
from 04-09-2026 to 25-09-2026. Selection is through shortlisting followed by
interview and CTC negotiation, with contracts running for 5 years.

Annual
CTC is negotiable and depends on the candidate's experience, current
emoluments, and place of posting. All posts are eligible for Performance Linked
Pay (0% to 45% of Fixed Pay) and an Annual Increment Band, based on performance
rating as per the Bank's policy. The contract period is 5 years, renewable for
another 4 years at the Bank's discretion, and can be terminated by either side
with 2 months' notice or payment/surrender of 2 months' compensation in lieu.
SBI SCO Application Fee
The
application fee and intimation charges (non-refundable) are ₹750 for UR/EWS/OBC
candidates; there is no fee for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Fees must be paid online
through the payment gateway integrated with the application, using Debit Card,
Credit Card, or Internet Banking. The fee, once paid, will not be refunded or
adjusted for any other examination or selection.

SCO Selection Process
- Shortlisting: mere fulfilment of minimum
qualification and experience does not entitle a candidate to be called for
interview; the shortlisting committee decides the parameters and number of
candidates called.
- Interview: one or more rounds of
personal, telephonic, or video interview, carrying 100 marks; the
qualifying marks are decided by the Bank.
- CTC Negotiation: conducted individually
with shortlisted candidates, at the time of interview or after completion
of the interview process.
- Merit List: prepared in descending order
based on interview scores only; candidates tied at the cut-off mark are
ranked by age, in descending order.

Register online through the link provided, keeping a valid email
ID active until the declaration of results.
3.
Scan and upload your latest photograph and signature as
specified; the application will not register without these.
4.

proof, caste certificate, PwBD certificate (if applicable), educational
qualification certificates, experience certificates, and biodata.
5.
