Educational Qualification and other details: 

Foreman (Aeronautical):

Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Technology (OR) AMIE. Minimum 01 year relevant field experience.

Foreman (Chemical):

Degree in Chemical Engineering or Technology (OR) Master's Degree in Chemical.

Foreman Computer (IT):

Degree in Computer Engineering or Technology + 01 year experience in relevant field.

Foreman (Electrical):

Degree in Electrical Engineering or Technology (OR) AMIE. Minimum 01 year experience in relevant field.

Foreman (Electronics):

Degree in Electronics Engineering or Technology + 01 year experience OR Master’s Degree in Electronics or in Physics with Electronics as a special subject OR Degree from Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) in the relevant field.

Foreman (Metallurgy):

Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Technology from any recognized University OR Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (AMIE) in the relevant field. Minimum 01 year experience.

Foreman (Textile): 

Degree in Textile Engineering or Technology (OR) AMIE in relevant field. Minimum 01 year experience in relevant field.

Deputy Director of Employment:

Master’s degree in Economics or Statistics or Mathematics or Commerce or Psychology or Sociology or Social Work or Public Administration or Business Administration. Minimum 05 years relevant experience.

Assistant Controller of Mines:

 Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in Mining Engineering or relevant qualification.

Labour Officer:

Degree of a recognized University or equivalent. Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Social Work orLabour Welfare or Industrial Relations or Personnel Management or in any other allied subject. Minimum 03 years experience.
